The static friction chain 3842998708 is a key component of the VarioFlow plus 120 chain conveyor system, enabling pressure-free accumulation of workpiece carriers directly within the conveyor line.

  • Pressure-free accumulation: the TPE friction coating (Shore hardness A 70) allows workpiece carriers to slide gently when the flow is blocked, without building up back pressure.
  • Maximum chain pull force Fmax 1250 N, suitable for typical light-duty assembly lines.
  • Food-grade and cleanroom-compatible: materials comply with EU Regulation 10/2011 and FDA CFR 21.
  • Chain link in POM, chain pin in stainless steel 1.4301, pivot pin in PA 66 - corrosion-resistant and low-maintenance.
  • Dividing number AZ = 2 to 84: friction links combined with flat chain links for flexible line lengths.
  • Fully assembled and ready to install, including chain pin and pivot pin.
