The Lift Transverse Unit HQ 2/S is a transfer unit for the Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus assembly system, designed to feed workpiece pallets out of a longitudinal section into a transverse section and back. The compact, side-mounted motor keeps the overall height low, making the unit compatible with double-deck conveyor configurations. The toothed-belt conveyor medium is ESD-rated for use in electrostatic protected areas (EPA).

• Two sizes - BG 1 (one lifting cylinder) and BG 2 (two lifting cylinders) - covering transverse track widths from 160 to 800 mm
• Pneumatic equipment for 2 lift positions (top, center) or 3 lift positions (top, center, bottom)
• Required compressed air: 4 to 6 bar; pneumatic push-in connection diameter 6 mm
• Mounts on ST 2/... sections (45 mm profile width) or ST 2/...-H sections (50 mm profile width); compatible with WT 2/E, WT 2 and WT 2/F workpiece pallets
• Reversible operation; nominal speed 6, 12, 15 or 18 m/min (vN = 0: supplied without motor and gearbox)
• Delivered pre-assembled; includes fastening material, pneumatic equipment, and assembly kit for electrical position sensing
