Answer

Bosch Rexroth empfiehlt für Rollenwagen dieser Baureihe:
- Fettschmierung: Dynalub 510 (lithiumverseiftes Hochleistungsfett NLGI 2, KP2K-20 nach DIN 51825, -20 bis +80 °C). Alternativen laut Hersteller: Castrol Tribol GR100-2 PD oder Elkalub GLS 135/N2.
- Fließfettschmierung über Zentralschmieranlage: Dynalub 520 (NLGI 00, GP00K-20 nach DIN 51826). Alternativen: Castrol Tribol GR100-00 PD oder Elkalub GLS 135/N00.
- Ölschmierung: Shell Tonna S3 M 220 oder vergleichbares Öl CLP bzw. CGLP nach DIN 51517-3.

Weitere Herstellerhinweise:
- Der Rollenwagen wird konserviert geliefert (ausreichend für die Montage); vor Inbetriebnahme ist eine Erstschmierung nötig. Für Baugröße 45 bei Fettschmierung: dreimal 1,0 cm³ (Normalhub).
- Schmierstoffe mit Feststoffanteilen (z. B. Graphit, MoS2) dürfen nicht verwendet werden.
- Ein Wechsel von Fett- auf Ölschmierung ist bei der Nachschmierung nicht möglich.
- Dynalub ist laut Hersteller nur für EU-Länder zugelassen.
