Linear guides
Bosch Rexroth roller rail guides (RSF 100 series and others) are among the highest load-rated linear guide types in the range. The accessories programme includes end cap sets (RSF 100 SET VSD), wipers in standard and FKM versions (wipers 25 and 35 in FKM variant, articles R181020030 to R181032030), and matching mounting parts. FKM (fluoroelastomer) wipers offer improved resistance to cutting fluids, hydraulic oils, and elevated temperatures compared to standard seals.

Typical applications: Heavy feed axes in machining centres and grinding machines, support tables and cross slides in presses and forming machines, gantry and portal axes for large-part machining, maintenance and seal replacement on existing roller rail guides, and upgrading to FKM wipers in environments with cutting fluid exposure.
