Kilews.Power pack for electric screwdrivers SKD-BN2 and BN5 series, I/O interface

The control unit monitors whether the cut-off torque set on the electric screwdriver is reached within an adjustable time window. In addition, each IO screw connection is counted and compared with a target number of pieces. IO, NOK and total IO are indicated via an optical and acoustic display. The speed can be adjusted in two steps. A start-up ramp for easier finding of the first threads is infinitely adjustable up to 9.9 seconds. With the auto-learning function, the unit automatically adjusts to the respective tightening situation.
