Solvents such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA) should sit at the ESD workstation in a dissipative container that releases only what the job needs. This Menda One-Touch dispenser made of durAstatic HDPE delivers about 0.2 ml with one press on the dish, and the bottle has a resistance Rtt of 1 x 10⁴ to < 1 x 10¹¹ ohms. The printed "IPA" marking identifies the contents, so no extra label is needed.
