Description

A clogged or bent needle makes flux application imprecise. This pack lets you swap the needle tips on Menda durAstatic flux dispensers quickly. It contains 50 blunt stainless steel dispensing needles, 16 GA and 25 mm long. The largest bore in the range, for thicker fluxes and higher flow.

Key benefits

Blunt stainless steel tip: no scratching of pads and traces, precise application of flux or other liquids.
16 GA at 25 mm length, matched to Menda durAstatic flux dispensers.
Stainless steel is conductive and resists corrosion from common fluxes.
50 needles per pack: enough stock to change a needle right away instead of cleaning it.

Applications

Applying liquid flux during hand soldering and rework, dispensing small amounts of solvent or other liquids at soldering and repair stations.
