Description

Trays, IC tubes and cable bundles need to be held together in the EPA without tape or ordinary cable ties generating charges. Menda low charging hook and loop cable ties with D-ring are 19 mm wide and come in lengths from 460 to 610 mm. The strap does not stretch, pulls tight through the D-ring, releases again and can be reused as often as needed.

Key benefits

  • Low charging hook and loop material per ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ANSI/ESD S541, acceptable inside the ESD protected area.
  • D-ring fastening: ideal for bundling trays and IC tubes, pulled tight with one hand.
  • Non-stretch, so the bundle keeps its shape during transport and storage.
  • Adjustable, releasable and reusable, no cutting, no adhesive residue.
  • Temperature resistant up to 149 °C operating temperature.

Applications

Bundling trays, IC tubes and magazines for storage and in-house transport, gathering cables and ground cords at ESD workstations. Trays are not included.

Standards

Low charging per ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ANSI/ESD S541. The manufacturer recommends testing the straps regularly to make sure they retain their ESD properties.
