durAstatic Cone Top Bottle 480 ml (16 oz), LDPE, Dissipative - Desco

The Menda cone top bottle made of durAstatic LDPE delivers solvents, cleaners or water at the ESD workstation in a controlled way through the tip of the cap. It holds 480 ml and comes in blue and yellow, so different fluids can be told apart by colour. Bottle and cap are permanently dissipative with a resistance Rtt of 1 x 10⁴ to < 1 x 10¹¹ ohms.

Applications

Holding isopropyl alcohol, cleaners, deionised water or other compatible fluids at soldering, assembly and repair stations inside the EPA. A second colour makes it easy to keep two fluids apart at the same bench.

Standards

Resistance tested per ANSI/ESD STM11.12. The bottle replaces insulative plastic bottles at the workstation, as recommended in the ESD Handbook TR20.20.
