A soldering bench needs a filter unit, an arm, a nozzle and filters that match each other. Set 4 supplies that combination ready matched: the EASY ARM 1 with 110 m³/h per port, 1800 Pa of vacuum and an Omniflex arm that stays in position without readjustment.

What the set delivers

• Three stage cleaning of the process air: F7 pre-filter at 80 to 90 percent for 1 to 10 µm, H13 combination filter at 99.95 percent below 1 µm, activated carbon for harmful gases.
• 2.2 m² of filter area and 1500 h of combination filter life in single shift hand soldering.
• Segmented Omniflex arm, each position is kept and the arm can be extended later.
• 50 dB(A) at 40 W power input, air is returned to the room without ducting.
• Monitored filter runtime with LED signal and a counter that is reset after the filter change.

Application and compatibility

For hand soldering, rework and laboratory stations with one extraction arm. The interface links i-CON 1 C, i-CON 2 C, i-CON VARIO 2, i-CON VARIO 4 and Ersa rework systems so extraction follows the tool. Accessories from the EASY ARM range remain usable, among them extraction nozzles 0CA10-5001 to 0CA10-5005, Omniflex nozzle coupling 0CA10-9006 and table feed-through 0CA10-4005. Wear parts are combination filter 0CA10-1001 and pre-filter 0CA10-1002.
