Solder fume consists of particles and of gaseous flux components, and both have to be separated in different ways. The Ersa replacement filter 3CA06-1001 combines an H13 class particle filter stage and an activated carbon stage in one cartridge for the EASY ARM EXTRACTION EA110 and EA110 Plus filter units.

Applications
Scheduled filter change on solder fume extraction units in production, rework, laboratory and service work once extraction performance drops or the filter service life is reached.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
Fits the Ersa filter units EASY ARM EXTRACTION EA110 (0CA06-002) and EA110 Plus (0CA08-002). The replacement filter is supplied on its own, the filter unit is not included.
The particle stage corresponds to filter class H13 according to EN 1822.
