ESD interlocking floor tile ProFloor PF 68, dark grey, 503 x 503 x 6.8 mm

ProFloor PF 68 turns an existing warehouse or workshop floor into a conductive ESD area without screed or adhesive work. The 503 x 503 mm tiles lock into each other via their click joint, the floor can be walked on straight away and carries trolleys and pallet trucks up to 600 kg. Surface and point-to-ground resistance are uniform across the whole tile at 10⁴ to 10⁶ Ω.

Application

ESD protected areas (EPA) in electronics production, assembly, storage and shipping, including areas with forklift and trolley traffic. The floor is grounded via the matching ProFloor PF 68 grounding tile. Straight ramp elements and corner ramp elements in dark grey and yellow finish the edges. Price per tile.

For building EPA floors to IEC 61340-5-1. Resistance measured to EN 1081, walking test to EN 1815. Reaction to fire Bfl-s1 to EN 13501-1.
