An EPA can only be kept closed if entry is tied to the result of the personnel test. The 9266.100 stainless steel turnstile keeps the tripod locked and releases it once the mounted Iteco test station has measured the resistance to ground of wrist strap and footwear and rated the test as passed. With a footprint of 1220 x 800 x 990 mm the gateway can be planned before ordering.
Operating features
- Release driven by the measurement - the locking mechanism is switched directly by the test station and a passed test unlocks the tripod.
- Unidirectional or bidirectional - control can be set up for entry only or for entry and exit.
- Bracket already fitted - the console for the test station is part of the turnstile, so no separate stand is needed.
- Stainless steel construction - column, head and tripod are built for continuous plant traffic and are easy to clean.
- Known footprint of 1220 x 800 x 990 mm - floor area and passage height are fixed figures for layout planning.

Applications
Entry to production and inspection areas in electronics manufacturing where every person has to prove before entering that wrist strap and footwear are within the limits. It also suits clean areas and stores of static sensitive devices where personnel flow has to stay orderly and single file.
Compatibility and scope of supply
Supplied as the turnstile with tripod and the bracket for the test station. The instrument is ordered separately and the Iteco Test Station EVO in the USB, Ethernet and RFID versions is intended for this mounting. Foot measurement at the gate is covered by the flat dual footplate 9266.102, exit registration on the Test Station EVO RFID-Plus by the additional RFID sensor 9266.103. Iteco also lists a stainless steel counter-side rail under 9266.101.
Standards and origin
The turnstile turns the personnel test to IEC 61340-5-1 into a mechanical entry barrier, while the reading itself comes from the connected test station. Made in Italy.
