ESD double-door cabinet 1000x580x1000 mm, without shelves, solid steel doors, CODE Lock - Lista 96.528

When several people on a shift need access but no key should change hands, a numeric code opens the two solid steel doors of this cabinet. At 1000 x 580 x 1000 mm with 885 mm of clear inside height it holds component boxes, assemblies and tool cases in a mid-height cabinet with generous depth and offers an interior without shelves that you fit out as required.

Benefits

• Dissipative surface: all painted parts carry the dissipative paint coating developed by Lista, which drains charges in a controlled way.
• CODE Lock: a four to six digit numeric code replaces the key, so there is no key to lose.
• Flush doors on hinges: the doors close flush with the housing and open to about 115 degrees. Hinge mounting is required for fitting drawers and pull-out shelves.
• Fit out as needed: adjustable shelves rated for 60 kg can be added, and drawers and pull-out shelves can be retrofitted.

Use and combination

The cabinet is used in EPA areas of electronics production, in test bays, repair shops, labs and component stores. The dissipative effect requires the cabinet to be properly earthed. To match the 580 mm depth there are slotted adjustable shelves rated for 60 or 100 kg, a drawer with a 95 mm front and a pull-out shelf, both with full extension and 50 kg capacity.

Notes

According to Lista, drawers and pull-out shelves can be retrofitted. A galvanised M10 floor fixing that serves as anti-tip protection is included. The actual width is 1002 mm, which matters when planning for recesses.
