ESD starter shelving bay L1006, 1000x500x2000 mm, 5 smooth shelves, 160 kg, diagonal brace - Lista 95.937

If you want to store cartons, component reels and containers openly and within easy reach in the ESD store, this starter bay gives you 5 shelves of 1000 x 500 mm at a height of 2000 mm. Instead of a back panel, a galvanised diagonal brace stiffens the frame, so the bay remains accessible from behind and weighs only 48 kg.

Benefits

• Dissipative surface: the painted shelving parts carry the dissipative paint coating developed by Lista, which drains charges in a controlled way.
• Shelf load 160 kg: each of the 5 smooth shelves carries 160 kg, the bay as a whole up to 1000 kg.
• Height adjustable: the side walls have a row of slots for hooking in the supplied shelf supports.
• Open back: the galvanised diagonal brace provides stiffness without blocking access from behind.

Use and combination

The starter bay stands alone or forms the start of a shelving run to which add-on bays are attached. Typical locations are component stores, material staging in electronics production, labs and repair areas inside the EPA. Additional L1006 shelves measuring 1000 x 500 mm are available separately. For the dissipative coating to work, the shelving must be properly earthed.

Notes

The nominal dimensions of 1000 x 500 mm refer to the shelves. The external size of this bay is 1050 x 536 mm, please allow for this when planning. Foot plate set and shelf supports are included.
