If you are setting up an ESD workstation with lockable storage, this workbench gives you a 1500 x 750 mm work surface at 850 mm height plus a drawer cabinet with 5 drawers (1 x 50 / 2 x 100 / 1 x 150 / 1 x 300 mm). The top takes up to 1500 kg and is secured by AUTO Lock.

Benefits

• Dissipative worktop: 50 mm composite element made of volume conductive chipboard with hard-wearing HPL laminate, top surface light grey NCS S 1500-N, edges with 2 mm ABS banding, grounding set included.
• Dissipative paint coating: The painted parts carry the coating developed by Lista, which drains charges in a controlled way.
• 5 drawers at 75 kg each: usable area 459 x 612 mm, a finely graded layout from 50 mm for small parts up to 300 mm for test equipment.
• AUTO Lock: Opens and locks automatically via RFID badge or numeric code. With the optional Lista Access software, time profiles can be stored to restrict when access is possible.
• Flexible assembly: The drawer cabinet can be fitted on the right or left, and the bench comes pre-assembled with fixing material. Surface load up to 1500 kg.

Use and combination

The workbench is intended for EPAs in electronics production, at EMS providers, test and repair stations and in the laboratory. The dissipative effect requires the top and frame to be properly grounded via the supplied grounding set. To complete the ESD workstation, we supply a wrist strap with coiled cord, grounding box, ESD table mat and floor mat. Warning signs in German or English and floor marking tape identify the EPA.
