Junctions for downlights and luminaires often sit in ceilings where a standard box will not fit. According to the manufacturer the In-Sure Box passes through a 50 mm opening, holds up to 6 IDEAL connectors and secures cables without tools or loose parts.

Usage notes

• Use only with the IDEAL connectors listed
• The outer sheath must be secured by both the inner and outer grips
• Two cables through one entry point must be of the same type
• Inaccessible locations to BS 5733: connectors de-rated to 16 A / 250 V, observe the max aggregate current (Iag), secure the lid with a cable tie
• Do not cover with insulating material
