Major Service Kit for 106R Pump Low Pressure 8 bar - Jun-Air K1039

The standard 106R pump draws 133 l/min and delivers 44 l/min at 8 bar, at 100 percent duty cycle. When delivered volume falls off over the years or the machine no longer reaches cut-out pressure cleanly, the major service is due. Service kit K1039 gathers the genuine parts intended for the low pressure variant.

Compatibility

For the 106R pump in the 8 bar version and for the units built on it, namely 106R-25B, 2x106R-40B, 106R-25BQ2, 106R-25M, 2x106R-40M, 106R-25MQ2 and 2x106R-40MQ2. Twin-pump machines need one kit per pump.

Application

Check the final pressure on the rating plate before servicing, because the 8 bar and 12 bar versions of the 106R are hard to tell apart visually. Intake filter and capacitor belong in the same service call, and K1038 and K1041 cover those.
