Meters, power supplies or populated assemblies with some height need more than a thin insert. The set for the K2003 ESD case, with internal dimensions of 410 x 272 x 113 mm, combines a 45 mm grid layer with 20 x 20 mm squares, a 10 mm base plate and a 50 mm convoluted lid layer. That adds up to 105 mm of foam that holds heavier items in deep cavities.
