At hand soldering benches and laboratory positions where the part keeps moving, the extraction point has to follow. The Alsident System 50 Flex replaces the joints with a flexible hose, is rated for 45-85 m³/h at 50 mm tube diameter and is supplied here with a 600 mm reach for table mounting.

System 50 Flex is aimed at the electronics industry and laboratories: hand soldering and rework, dispensing and bonding, solvent cleaning, and weighing or pipetting stations where the capture point changes frequently.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The arm belongs to the Alsident System 50 with a 50 mm tube diameter and fits extraction units or duct networks of that size. One Flex extraction arm with suction tip for table mounting is supplied. This version is not ESD safe, the conductive system variant is intended for EPA areas.
