Description
For tight-pitch QFPs and SOICs, drag soldering is the fastest route to clean joints. The MiniWave tip carries a small solder reservoir in its concave well that wets each lead as it is drawn along the row. With a 1.8 mm width and angled shape it is tuned for fine-pitch parts.
