Description
The larger the package, the more important it is that every joint is molten at the same moment. The 17.0 x 17.0 mm tip fully encloses PLCC-52 and PQFP-100 devices and spreads heat across all four lead rows. The device releases as a whole and is lifted out with the thermal tweezer.
