Chips, SOTs, SOICs, PLCCs and QFPs can be reflowed with hot air without mechanical stress on the pads. Thanks to its pencil grip, the TJ-70 ThermoJet targets controlled convective heat right at the solder joints without reflowing adjacent parts. The kit includes the handpiece and a matching stand.
