Tip Temperature Monitor 1 to 600 °C with K-Type Probe - PACE 8001-0087

Soldering to IPC or customer requirements means proving that tip temperature is right. The PACE Tip Temperature Monitor measures the surface temperature of the soldering tip directly on its replaceable sensor and displays it with 1 °C resolution. Drifting stations, worn tips or wrong settings show up before defective joints are made.

Besides the tip sensor, the unit has an input for a standard beaded K-type thermocouple probe, so you can also check solder pots and other heat sources at the bench. Calibration is quick and easy using an internal precision resistor, and the display switches between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
