Pneumatic circular beveler CB-01, 0C ～ 1C - Nitto Kohki 136503001

Round contours, cut outs and hole edges are hard to chamfer cleanly with a straight beveler. These pneumatic circular bevelers work with a fixed 45 degree head and start at 0.5 kg, so the chamfer stays even on contours that are difficult to reach.

• Fixed chamfer angle of 45 degrees, the chamfer comes out the same on every part with no resetting
• Weight from 0.5 kg, the tool can be guided one handed around curves and cut outs
• No load air consumption of 0.15 to 0.4 m3/min depending on model, so smaller compressors are sufficient
• Indexable inserts and spare clamping screws are included, insert changes do not wait on a delivery
• Adjustment gauge and matching wrenches supplied, the chamfer size can be set repeatably

Operating principle

An air motor drives the cutter head with its indexable insert. The tool supports itself on the contour and is guided along the edge, with the chamfer size fixed beforehand by the adjustment.
