Nitto Kohki Pneumatic Solutions
Nitto Kohki offers a broad range of pneumatic tools for machining, deburring, grinding and surface treatment. The programme spans air chippers (ACH-16, Auto Chisel A-300), hand drills (ADR-65, ADR-100), needle scalers (Jet Chisel AJC-16), straight grinders (Air Sonic AL-55A), belt sanders (Belton B-10 CL to B-30 CL, Baby Belton BB-10B and BB-20) as well as orbital sanders (Palm Orbital Sander APS-125, APS-150), mini bevellers (AMBL-0307) and circuit bevellers (CB-01, CB-02, CBR-03).
Several models are available in electric versions alongside the pneumatic variants: the Circuit Beveler ECB-0203 (230 V) and the Jet Chisel EJC-32A (115 V/230 V). The Super Hand precision file ASH-900 and Compact Multi Sander CMX-20 address fine finishing work, while the Burr Cutter BC-005 completes the range with chip-removing deburring capability.
The choice of the right Nitto Kohki tool depends on the machining task, work material and available compressed-air supply. For deburring and chamfering sheet metal, the Mini Beveler AMBL-0307 and Circuit Beveler CB series are appropriate. Needle scalers (AJC-16) and air chippers (ACH-16) are used for rust removal and chiselling on steel. Belt sanders (Belton series) cover large-area grinding, while orbital sanders (APS-125, APS-150) suit surfaces requiring uniform finish. For facilities with limited air supply or electrical infrastructure only, the electric-motor versions are available.
Typical applications: Metal fabrication and foundries (deburring, cleaning), weld preparation and seam finishing, automotive and shipbuilding (rust removal with AJC-16, EJC-32A), precision engineering and toolmaking (BC-005 burr cutter, AL-55A grinder, ASH-900 hand file), and maintenance and repair in industrial workshops.
