In-line air filter 0.1 µm with 99.99 % efficiency, pack of 3 for Top Gun - Iteco 9265532

Ionized air only cleans an assembly as well as the air that enters the gun. The in-line air filter retains particles from 0.1 µm at an efficiency of 99.99 % and keeps oil and dust residues from the compressed air network off the board that has just been neutralised.

Benefits

• 0.1 µm rating at 99.99 % efficiency also retains fine abrasion from the pipework
• Three filters per pack, so the scheduled change can be made without reordering first
• Fitted in the air line ahead of the gun, no intervention in the instrument itself
• Protects the field-replaceable titanium emitter points from early contamination and keeps the decay time stable
• Wear part of the complete Top Gun system, which comprises hand unit, console, air filter and 230/24 V AC transformer

Applications

• Scheduled filter change at blow-off stations in electronics manufacturing
• Cleanroom operation where particle carry-over from the air network must be excluded
• Packing and painting areas with older compressed air lines
• Restarting a gun after a longer standstill

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as three filters for consumption. The set replaces the filter that belongs to the complete Top Gun system. For the same workstation the gun stand 9265.531 for hands-free operation and the 230 V to 24 V AC transformer 9265.544 are available.
