The Festo LR and LRS pressure regulating valves from the Classic range maintain a constant outlet pressure in pneumatic systems regardless of fluctuations in the supply network. With 161 versions in port sizes G 1/8 to G 1, LR (standard) and LRS (special configurations) form the pure pressure regulation product line without integrated filtration, for use where the filter stage is provided separately.

Typical applications: Decentralised pressure regulation of individual machine modules where filtration is already handled centrally, pressure reduction for sensitive actuators downstream of a main filter-regulator, use in cleanroom and special installations where no filter housing may be installed, and high-pressure applications (7-bar variant) in presses, fixtures and pneumatic test benches.
