Classic
The Festo FRC and FRCS maintenance units are combined filter-regulator units from the Classic series without integrated lubricator. They filter the compressed air and regulate the operating pressure in a single housing, in MIDI and MAXI sizes and port sizes G3/8 to G1. Versions with differential pressure indicator (DI) give a visual signal of filter element saturation; FRCS versions include a quick-exhaust function. Adjustable operating pressures and clear plastic bowls with automatic float drain (5M) or manual drain valve (7) are selectable.

Typical applications: main air supply upstream of distributor blocks and valve island supply points, compressed air preparation for control air in oil-free pneumatic circuits (FRC without lubricator), system pressure conditioning before test stations, multi-station maintenance setups with automatic condensate drain, and compressed air filtration and regulation at the point of use for pneumatic tools and blow-off devices.
