Working in rain, mud or on wet sites calls for dry feet through the whole shift. The SIERRA NEVADA MID has a Sympatex membrane that is waterproof and breathable for exactly that. The coarse-cleated rubber sole meets SRC and largely cleans itself as you walk.

Standards and notes

Safety class S3 to EN ISO 20345 covers a toe cap, penetration protection, a closed heel area, antistatic properties, energy absorption in the heel, a water-repellent upper and a cleated outsole. Not an ESD shoe: ESD safety footwear is required in EPA areas according to IEC 61340-5-1.
