Reinigungsnadel/ Feder 201B NEEDLE für Entlötstation TV2+ - Quick QUFEL

While desoldering, the Quick TV2+ pulls molten solder through the desoldering tip with 200 W of station power. Part of it freezes inside the channel, the bore narrows and suction drops off long before pump or filters are actually faulty. The 201B NEEDLE restores the free bore in a few seconds.

What the needle does

• Original Quick part for the TV2+ desoldering station rather than generic accessory.
• The spring on the shaft takes the needle back on insertion, keeping the grip clear of the heat at the tip.
• At 0.01 kg this is a pure consumable and worth holding in several pieces.
• Works alongside the 201B-25 cleaning drill of 1.8 mm, which handles heavier deposits in the bore.
• Regular use relieves the downstream filter stages and with them the vacuum pump.

Applications

Cleaning the desoldering bore during production, typically when suction weakens on through hole parts. Useful after any longer desoldering run and before changing to another desoldering tip.

Scope of delivery and compatibility

One cleaning needle with spring is supplied. Desoldering iron, filters and station are not included. Intended for the Quick TV2+, other desoldering systems need their own cleaning tools.
