Stahlrohr Griffstück für Lötstation TR1300A - Quick QUSG1300A

The TR1300A handpiece carries air of up to 500 °C, and the steel tube holds all the mechanics around it, the heater cartridge, the nozzle seat and the union nut. A bent or damaged tube leads to nozzles that no longer seat properly and to an unsteady air pattern on the component. Replacing the grip solves that without buying a complete handpiece.

What it does

• Original Quick geometry, so the existing TR1300A nozzles seat without play again.
• Steel construction, dimensioned for continuous duty on the 1300 W station up to 500 °C.
• Component level repair instead of a new handpiece or even a new station.
• Short repair time, because only the mechanical part is exchanged.

Application

For workshops and production areas where the TR1300A is in daily use and the handpiece takes mechanical abuse, such as a drop from the bench, a nozzle burnt in place or a union loosened with force.

Scope of delivery

One steel tube grip. Heating element, nozzles and hose are not included.

Compatibility

For the hot air handpiece of the Quick TR1300A. Fitting on a cooled down unit disconnected from the mains, by qualified staff.
