PCB-Halterung für Vorheizplatte 870D - Quick QUHA870D

During preheating a loose board wanders as soon as the laminate works or the hot air stream hits it from above. This fixture holds it above the Quick 870D preheating plate, so the component stays under the nozzle and the position you found once holds for the whole cycle. The assembly measures 360 x 320 x 140 mm.

• The board keeps its position while heating, so alignment is not repeated after every temperature step.

Use and scope of delivery

For BGA and SMD rework with bottom heating, where the assembly is held at a controlled temperature for several minutes. The fixture is supplied on its own, preheating plate and hot air unit are not included. It is assigned to the 870D, other Quick preheating plates use their own attachments.
