Heizkörper H617 für Station 860DA - Quick QUHK860DA

When the 860DA still moves air but no longer holds the set temperature, the heating element is usually at the end of its life. The original H617 rated 120 W returns the station to its working range of 100 to 450 °C without buying a new unit.

What the element does

• 120 W is matched to the small air volumes of the 860DA, so temperature stays controllable from 0.3 to 6.8 l/min.
• Ceramic construction copes with the constant heat up and cool down cycles of a rework station better than an open wire coil design.
• The 100 to 450 °C range covers lead free soldering as well as gentle preheating at the low end.
• At 0.02 kg shipping weight the H617 is a standby part that fits in any service case.

Applications

Repair of the 860DA after falling or absent heating output, unstable temperature readings and overheating caused by blocked nozzles. The station itself is used for removing and placing SMD parts, connectors and populated assemblies.

Scope of delivery and compatibility

One H617 heating element for the Quick 860DA. It is not interchangeable with the H616A of the 861DW, which works at 1000 W and up to 500 °C. Fitting requires the handpiece to be opened.
