Without working control a solder pot turns into a risk: either the bath runs hot and the solder oxidises faster, or it stays below working temperature. This board in the compact 220 x 140 mm format is the spare foreseen for the 100-6C.

Applications

Tinning of strands and terminations, cable assembly and repair work with a controlled pot. The exchange pays off as long as pot and heater are mechanically sound and only the electronics have failed.

Scope of delivery and compatibility

One control board for the 100-6C solder bath, without sensor and without housing parts. Not suitable for the 100-4C or the 100-15S, which use their own assemblies. To be fitted by qualified personnel with the unit isolated.
