Regelplatine mit Display für Lötstation 3104 - Quick QURP3104

An 80 W bench station such as the Quick 3104 often runs for years in two shift operation. When the electronics behind the display fail, the mechanics of the station are usually untouched. This board replaces the faulty assembly at a part price that always beats scrapping the unit.

What it does

• Takes over the digital temperature control of the 3104 between 100 and 450 °C.
• Carries the digital readout for actual and target values plus the calibration function.
• Keeps the workplace ESD compliant because the original component goes back in.
• Low unit price, which makes it a sensible stock item for shops running several 3104 stations.

Application

Repair of soldering benches in workshops, test departments, training rooms and small series production. In classrooms with many identical stations, swapping the board is the fastest way back to a working lesson.

Scope of delivery

One control board with display. Power supply, housing and iron are not part of the delivery.

Compatibility

For the Quick 3104. The high frequency stations 3202 and 3205 use a different board, so the type designation on the unit decides. Fitting by qualified staff with the mains lead unplugged.
