Ground planes, shielding cans and multi pole connectors drain heat faster than an ordinary station can replace it. The Quick TS10 generates the heat inside the cartridge tip and reaches 300 °C in 3 seconds with a 1.6 mm tip, so the joint is not stressed by long dwell times waiting for recovery.

What it offers

• Working range of 100 to 500 °C, set digitally and corrected through the calibration routine.
• Process window with vibration feedback in the handle, so a deviation is noticed without looking at the screen.
• Three memory channels with direct selection of temperatures and profiles, cutting setup time between assemblies.
• Thermocouple inside the tip plus ESD design and password protection for benches under process control.
• RJ45 port for a Quick fume extraction unit that switches on and off with the standby signal.

Electronics manufacturing, rework and service on assemblies with high thermal mass such as power electronics, ground pads and large connectors. Auto standby, sleep mode and shutdown reduce energy demand and extend tip life.

Scope of delivery

Station with soldering iron, ergo stand and holder, brass wool and viscose sponge for dry and wet cleaning, silicone pad, mounts for spare tips and a highly flexible silicone lead.

Compatibility

Use cartridge tips of the Quick TSS10 series. The matching spare iron is the QUELKTSS10. If data export over USB together with MODBUS and cloud connection is required, those functions are found in the TS10 plus version.
