In dip soldering the result stands or falls with the bath temperature. The 100-15S controls between 100 and 450 °C at 600 W, and the actual value behind that control loop comes from this thermocouple. Jumping readings, a frozen value or an error message put the sensor first on the list.

One QUTE100-15S thermocouple.
Compatibility
Quick 100-15S solder bath. The 854 heating plate uses the external type K thermocouple QUTE854 instead, the two are not interchangeable. The 100-15S exists with metal and with ceramic heating elements, so the variant matters for parts of the heating circuit.
