Ersatz-Thermoelement extern für Heizplatte Type K - Quick QUTE854
External type K thermocouple as a replacement for the Quick 854 heating plate. It reads the temperature at the workpiece rather than inside the plate, which is what separates the displayed figure from the real profile when preheating boards. Type K is the usual sensor for this temperature range.

Description
When you preheat an assembly, what counts is how hot the board is, not how hot the plate is. That is why the Quick 854 works with an external probe, and this type K part takes its place.
Features
- Type K, the widespread nickel chromium and nickel pairing for process temperatures in electronics manufacturing.
- External measurement right at the workpiece, so the display reflects the real temperature profile of the assembly.
- A wear part: probes at preheating stations get clamped, bent and thermally loaded, so a second one belongs in stock.
- Genuine Quick accessory for the 854 heating plate, connector and shape fit without an adapter.
- Shipping weight around 0.01 kg, an item that can ride along with any order.
Application
Preheating boards ahead of rework and BGA jobs, temperature control on assemblies and profile recording in rework and repair.
Compatibility
Quick 854 heating plate. The 100-15S solder bath has its own sensor, listed as QUTE100-15S. Watch the polarity of the type K connection when wiring, otherwise the reading moves the wrong way.
