Tastatur-Platine TS1200-KEY für TS1200/2200/2300 - Quick QUTPTS

One dead key takes a soldering station out of service although heater circuit, power supply and housing are sound. The TS1200-KEY keypad board is exactly that component, 70 by 29 mm in size and built in alike across three Quick ranges. The failure therefore ends at a spare part instead of a new station.

Why the board is sourced on its own

• One part covers three ranges, the TS1200 at 120 W, the TS2200 at 90 W and the three channel TS2300 at 150 W.
• Dimensionally identical spare at 70 by 29 mm, it goes into place without any work on the front panel.
• The job stays on the operating level, heater circuit and temperature control are not opened up.
• At 0.07 kg the board is a stock item that costs almost no space in the parts cabinet or the service case.
• Keypad boards held in stock cut downtime from procurement days to the time needed for fitting.
