In cleanrooms and wherever gloves are worn all day, a fingerprint is not a workable identifier. The Test Station EVO RFID instead reads a coded 125 kHz card without contact and assigns every wrist strap and footwear result in the range 50 kΩ to 2 GΩ to one specific user. The results travel over LAN RJ45 into the network.

Applications
The RFID version is used at EPA airlocks with badge control, in cleanroom production and wherever biometric capture is not wanted. The instrument only version fits into existing columns and access systems.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
Supplied are the instrument, the plug-in power supply and the evaluation software, but no footplate. Footwear measurement requires the dual footplate Iteco 9264965 and free standing use the stand Iteco 9264953. RFID cards are not part of the delivery.
Standards and origin
Wrist strap and footwear testing follows IEC 61340-5-1. An ISO9000 traceable calibration certificate is supplied with the instrument, and periodic recalibration can be ordered as Iteco 9264927. The Test Station EVO is manufactured in Italy.
