Screwdriver stand for vertical fastening, 615 mm column - HIOS VMS-50

The HIOS VMS-50 holds the electric screwdriver exactly vertical above the workpiece so that screws are driven in straight. When released, the self-return mechanism brings the screwdriver back to its start position.

Technical data

Application

For assembly stations in electronics and precision mechanics where screws are repeatedly driven vertically. The stand guides the screwdriver so the operator only positions the workpiece.

Compatibility

The pre-assembled holder VMS40-0180 takes the BL-2000, BL-3000, BL-5000 and the CL-2000, CL-3000, CL-4000, CL-6500 and CL-7000. For the BLG-4000 and BLG-5000 including BLG-BC2, BLG-BC1 and BLG-ZERO1, the optional holder VMS-0900-BLG45 is required. With the optional holders VMS-0900-PG3, VMS-3910-PG5 and VMS-0900-PG7 the stand also takes the PG-3000, PG-5000 and PG-7000. The version with the lower 515 mm column is the VMS-40.
