Spot lighting of a single photoresist process step calls for a short luminaire that still provides enough light. The LINURA.edge LEA 200/YEL/S is 335 mm long, provides approx. 300 lm of yellow light at 6 W and runs on 22-26 V DC. The yellow light is intended for photochemically sensitive processes, so that photoresists are not exposed unintentionally.
