At microscope and inspection stations in microelectronics, light should cover the work area without exposing light-sensitive layers. The LINURA.edge LEA 300/YEL/S is 475 mm long, provides approx. 450 lm of yellow light at 9 W and runs on 22-26 V DC. The yellow light is intended for photochemically sensitive processes, so that photoresists are not exposed unintentionally.
