Pocket Screwdrivers
Screwdrivers
Wiha pocket screwdrivers are designed for precision mechanics with small slotted screws. The range covers four variants with 3.0 mm blade width in overall lengths from 85 mm (2.0 mm blade model) to 140 mm, plus versions with 40, 60 and 80 mm blade lengths at a constant 3.0 mm shaft diameter. Chrome vanadium steel blades are hardened and ground to geometrically precise tips to prevent slot damage.
| Article | Blade width | Blade length | Overall length | Shaft Ø |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wiha 01548 | 2.0 mm | 40 mm | 85 mm | 2.0 mm |
| Wiha 01537 | 3.0 mm | 40 mm | 100 mm | 3.0 mm |
| Wiha 01538 | 3.0 mm | 60 mm | 120 mm | 3.0 mm |
| Wiha 01539 | 3.0 mm | 80 mm | 140 mm | 3.0 mm |
For very flat assemblies and SMD rework, the shortest version (40 mm blade) is the preferred choice. For screws seated deeper inside housings, PCBs with standoffs or watch movements, the 60 mm and 80 mm variants provide the required reach without excessive tipping moment.
Typical applications: Watchmaking and precision mechanics, SMD repair and PCB assembly with miniature screws, model making and optical instrument adjustment, repair of small medical devices, and maintenance of measuring instruments with small slotted screws.
