SMD soldering tip for QFP-144 on MX series, series 700 / 412 °C - Metcal SMTC-1122

The Metcal SMTC-1122 is an SMTC series SMD soldering tip for the MX rework device series. The tip geometry is matched to soldering and rework of QFP-144 packages; the SmartHeat series 700 regulates the temperature to a constant 412 °C without an external sensor and supplies enough heat even on high pin-count packages.
