Filter mat set M5 and F7 for LRA 400.1 - ULT 4-00219

In filter build HA14 the LRA 400.1 solder fume extractor runs two mat classes in sequence. Set 4-00219 supplies both mats ready cut, so maintenance never leaves one stage fresh while the other is long since clogged.

Applications

The set belongs to the routine maintenance of solder fume extraction at hand soldering benches, robot soldering cells and automated soldering lines. In filter build HA14 the mats sit between the washable expanded metal prefilter and the H13 particle filter cassette, followed by the adsorption filter with 14 kg of activated carbon. Lead free soldering with aggressive fluxes shortens the change intervals.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Replacement filter for the LRA 400.1 extraction units in versions MD.17 and MD.21. Supplied as one set with one M5 and one F7 mat, change frame not included. As an alternative ULT lists the change frame with both mats under 4-00867 and the bulk pack of ten sets under 4-00220. The upstream expanded metal filter 4-00875 is reusable and can be cleaned in an industrial washer.
