Z-Line fine prefilter F7 for series 1200 - ULT 02.1.666

Solder fume and laser fume carry particles far below what a coarse dust stage separates. The ULT Z-Line filter F7 is therefore placed as the finer pre-stage directly ahead of the H13 main filter of the 1200 series and extends its usable life.

Applications

Extraction systems in electronics production (LRA 1200 K), at laser processing cells (LAS 1200 K) and on dusty processes such as grinding, engraving and polishing (ASD 1200 TH). Worth fitting wherever the H13 stage has been loading up too quickly.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

For LRA 1200 MD.18 K, LAS 1200 MD.18 K and ASD 1200 MD.18 TH. The ULT replacement filter lists carry the Z-Line filter F7 under 4-00331. One single Z-Line filter F7 is supplied. Upstream of it work the expanded metal prefilter and the Z-Line filter G4 on LAS and LRA, and the bag filter F7 on ASD.
