Change frame with filter mat set M5/F7 for series 150 to 250 - ULT 4-00258

Function in the filter train

The M5/F7 mat combination works ahead of the H13A combination filter cassette in solder fume units. It holds back cooled sticky aerosols and keeps the H13 main filter element from clogging early. That is precisely why a second frame pays off: the shorter the mat change interval, the longer the far more expensive main filter stays serviceable.

Applications

Typically used in shift production where extraction must not stand still longer than necessary. It also serves as a spare part when a frame no longer seats cleanly in the shaft after many change cycles and draws false air.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits LAS 150, 220 and 250, LRA 150, 210, 220 and 250 as well as ACD 220 AS and ACD 250 FQ AS. The assembly is part of the combination filter cassettes 02.1.033 and 02.4.033. Delivered as a change frame with the M5/F7 filter mat set.
