ESD extraction nozzle DN50 length 310 mm conductive - Alsident 1-5031-6

At an ESD workstation every component within reach has to dissipate charge, the extraction nozzle included. The Alsident 1-5031-6 is a 310 mm conductive extraction nozzle for DN50 arms with the reach to work over larger boards.

Applications

Typical uses are hand soldering, rework and repair benches for electronic assemblies inside an EPA plus dispensing and bonding tasks with light vapours. The nozzle captures locally at source and keeps the breathing zone clear.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The nozzle pushes onto Alsident extraction arms with a 50 mm tube diameter and matches the WSA-5LR, WSA-10LR and WSA-20LR device series. Delivery covers one conductive extraction nozzle without arm and without extraction unit.

The conductive version supports workstations operated to IEC 61340-5-1.
